Iconic Minds

The Iconic Minds program equips attendees with various mindfulness tools, including breathing techniques, meditations, yoga flows, and a journaling practice. Participants in the Iconic Minds program will be better able to handle the constant changes and pressures presented by the pandemic and throughout their lives beyond this especially difficult time. During the spring, students attended workshops remotely. The participants received a care package which includes a yoga mat, a journal, and materials to raise a plant. We are now offering in-person summer workshops.

We also provide workshops and mentoring to help our young scholars develop their leadership skills, navigate the college process, and expose them to different career opportunities.
